Overview of Termas del Dayman

Termas del Dayman is a thermal complex located in the department of Salto.

The place is renowned for its curative hot springs, which gush out of the ground at a temperature of around 40°C.
The hot springs are located 8 km north of the city of Salto and about 500 km from Montevideo.

The complex has numerous hotels, swimming pools and therapeutic services that take advantage of the healing properties of the thermal waters to offer relaxing and beneficial health treatments.
The hot springs are also famous for their natural beauty, with beautiful landscapes of the Uruguayan countryside, including waterfalls, rivers and hills.

To get to Termas del Dayman from Montevideo, you can take a flight to Salto airport and from there you can take a taxi or a bus.

It is also possible to arrive by car, taking National Route 3 from Montevideo, and then Route 31 to Salto and finally Route 3 to Termas del Dayman.
