Ombúes de Lavalle is a small city in the department of Colonia, Uruguay.
It is known for its tranquility and its large cattle ranches, some of which offer accommodation for tourists.

Ombúes de Lavalle is located about 200 km west of Montevideo, and can be reached by car along National Route 21.
