The tango in Uruguay

The Tango was born on the banks of the Rio de la Plata for over a century. Descendant of the immigrant ships as an amalgam of influences, its origin dates back to suburban ports of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and Montevideo (Uruguay).

The Tango is both a multi-genre roots, nature as a purely urban dance, sensual and now internationally renowned.
